"Virtual wellbeing treatments?" I hear you say...absolutely!! Traditionally my services and treatments have been very much ‘hands-on’ in the workplace; offering Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage, along with mindfulness to help employees improve their wellbeing. However, since closing my treatment room doors and stopping company visits, I've adapted and evolved my treatments and services; with focus on helping companies lead their employees through this time of lockdown, and feeling of isolation.
People are struggling to adapt and it's hugely beneficial for them to have coping mechanisms during, and outside of work. My aim is to help you provide the wellbeing support that's required right now to aid with reducing stress and anxiety, whilst improving mental and physical wellbeing.
So how do my holistic services benefit the company and it's employees?
Increased wellbeing and motivation
Reduced stress and anxiety
Reduced absenteeism
Fewer sick days
Reduced pain
Increased feeling of support and unity
Increased loyalty to the company
Increased satisfaction within the workplace
Happier employees!
And how do I achieve this? These are the main services being offered currently:
Virtual, guided Distant Reiki 1-1 sessions (approx. 20mins) with employees. These incorporate a guided visualisation to help achieve a deep state of calm and relaxation during the treatment, flowing into a distant Reiki treatment.
Self-help recordings for stress and anxiety relief using hand and face reflexology techniques.
Meditation and visualisation recordings to aid in the reduction of stress, anxiety and tension.
Images and content focused at improving overall wellbeing; both in general and whilst working remotely.
The great thing about my virtual 'workplace' services and treatments is that they can be tailored to suit the needs of the company and it's employees - flexibility is paramount at this time!
The feedback so far from a couple of companies I work with is overwhelmingly positive. The 1-1 Reiki sessions get booked up within a day of being announced, and the self-help recordings are allowing the flexibility for employees to take time out when they need it to reset.
Only time will tell how long it is before we are able to return to what feels like 'normal'. I foresee there being some struggles integrating back into the workplace when the time comes, as we've either spent the past 6+ weeks cooped up in the house with our loved ones, or what feels like isolation if living alone - I'll be here to help you and your employees through the whole process.
Let me know if you'd like a complete information/proposal pack.
