Our Calming Tea blend is made by hand using a fragrant infusion of organic herbs and flowers to comfort the nervous system and restore calm.We have cherrypicked herbs known for their natural soothing properties including chamomile, a mild natural sedative, catnip said to promote relaxation and reduce anxiety, antioxidant-rich hibiscus to support heart health, lemon balm for its mood-enhancing qualities and orange peel, great for digestive health and bursting with vitamin C.

- Catnip: is wonderfully calming and will boost your mood, helping you to feel relaxed, and reducing anxiety and restlessness.
- Chamomile: is a mild natural sedative, known for its calming properties. It helps to soothe the mind, easing nervous tension, anxiety and stress. It also promotes good digestive health, helping with bloating and other gut issues associated with stress.
- Hibiscus: supports heart health, lowers the blood pressure and helps to cool inflammation. It is rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and a host of other vitamins and minerals.
